. “When there’s a good player, I go for him.”

“Of course we will sign players this summer. Always exciting signings. When there’s a good player, I go for him.”

Florentino Perez, boss of Real Madrid, says he would always go all out for a good player.

This is a major boost for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, who has been linked to a move to the Spanish giant.

NewsAfricng.com scooped that the 15-time European champions are preparing for a major rebuild in the summer, and Osimhen is in their plan.

Real missed out on the La Liga title to bitter rivals Barcelona despite previously holding a strong advantage in the title race. They also crashed out of both the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League.

The same poor result was achieved in the Spanish Super Cup final earlier in the year.

Real Madrid are expected to begin a new era this summer, with Osimhen linked to their several high-profile names.

A major priority is the appointment of a new head coach, with former manager José Mourinho already emerging as a top target.

Speaking during an interview with El Chiringuito TV, Perez made it clear that Madrid are ready to move for top-quality players this summer.

“Of course we will sign players this summer. Always exciting signings. When there’s a good player, I go for him”, Perez said.
