Club owner and socialite, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has lost the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for a seat in the House of Representatives.

The coordinator of City Boys Movement Coordinator  Cubana, was vying to be APC’s candidate for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East federal constituency seat in the House of Representatives in the 2027 general elections.

He lost the party ticket to Canice More Nwachukwu, the incumbent representative of the constituency who is currently serving his second term.

Cubana formally declared his political ambition in late April 2026 after purchasing the APC’s expression of interest and nomination forms.
